Born on October 3, 1978 in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation. In 1999 he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Sports and Tourism, in 2002 from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov. Qualification by specialty: physical education teacher, international economist. Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Career
He began his career in 2000 as a teacher at Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov.
2004 - 2007 - senior teacher at Aktobe State Pedagogical Institute.
2007 - 2013 - Director of the Aktobe Regional Training Center for the Olympic Reserve.
2007 - 2012 - Deputy of the Aktobe city maslikhat.
2012 - 2013 - Deputy of the Aktobe regional maslikhat.
2013 - 2020 - akim of the Karatobinsky district, Baiterek district of the West Kazakhstan region.
2020 - 2022 - akim of the city of Aktobe.
Since November 2022 - state inspector of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On September 5, 2023, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed akim of the Aktobe region.
Awarded the Order "Kurmet".
